Delegates are responsible
for their own bookings and
payment. It is paramount to
state to the venue of
your choice that you will be
attending the Combined
Congress 2012, because
block reservations have been
made. |

meld dat u die Gesamentlike Kongres

Presentations:
Deadlines for abstract submission
have expired. Paper presenters must
please prepare to adhere to their
allotted timeframe (see website)
because planned schedules are going
to be adhered to very strictly.
Posters will be on display for the
duration of the congress, but no
oral session will be scheduled for
them. A4-size pouches will be
provided to those who bring printed
copies, to be mounted where your
poster is displayed. |

Aanbiedinge:
Die afsnydatum vir indiening van
uittreksels het reeds verstryk.
Persone wie lesings gaan aanbied,
moet asseblief sodanig voorberei dat
u nie die toegelate tydraamwerk
oorskry nie (sien webblad), want
daar gaan uiters streng by die
beplande skedule gehou word.
Plakkate sal vir die duur van die
kongres vertoon word, maar daar is
nie voorsiening gemaak vir amptelike
mondelinge voordragte nie. Daar sal
A4-grootte koeverte beskikbaar wees
vir diegene wie kopieë van hulle
plakkate saambring om by hul
plakkaat beskikbaar te stel. |

Excursions:
There are four options, viz.
conservation agriculture; re-mining
and rehabilitation; precision
farming and a local, social
excursion. Thet are optional extra
to the registration fee, but there
are no restrictions with regards to
choice. However, capacity is limited
to 65 persons per option due to
practical considerations. Therefore,
you are advised to make your
selection as early as possible
should you not have done so already.

Ekskursies:
Daar word vier opsies aangebied, nl.
Bewaringsboerdery, Herwinning en
rehabilitasie by myne,
Presisieboerdery en 'n Sosiale
plaaslike toer. Almal is
opsioneel-bykomstig tot die
registrasiefooi vir die kongres,
maar u kan enige opsie kies.
Ongelukkig is die totale getal vir
elke toer op grond van praktiese
oorwegings beperk tot 65 persone.
Landboubesighede, belanghebbendes of
enigiemand wie verdere inligting
verlang, wil deelneem of uitstal by
die kongres, kan ons webwerf
deurblaai of ons kontak by eposadres

Ons sien uit daarna om u by die
kongres te verwelkom en om u gasheer
